Maja Ross Andres Salvador born October 5 1988 is a Filipino film and television actress In 2006 she made her film debut in the horror movie Sukob for which she won the Golden Screen Award for Breakthrough Performance by an Actress the PMPC Star Award for New Movie Actress of the Year and received a FAMAS nomination for Best Supporting Actress In 2011 she starred in and coproduced the film Thelma which earned her a Gawad Urian Award for Best Actress and a Film Academy of the Philippines Award for Best Actress She also starred in First Day High 2006 One More Chance 2007 My Cactus Heart 2012 247 in Love 2012 Status Its Complicated 2013 Im Drunk I Love You 2017 and To Love Some Buddy 2018 Salvador is also known for her role in the television series Wildflower 20172018 which earned her a Best Actress award from the 1st Asia Contents Award which was held during the 24th Busan International Film Festival
