Glen was born in London England to a British mother and American father Raised in Portland OR Glen attended the University of Oregon on a baseball scholarship and played baseball professionally for three years after his graduation He began modeling in his twenties before training as a USAF Military Special Forces Pararescue PJ Glen started acting in his thirties and has continued to do so ever since in a variety of television film commercial infomercial and voice roles He is still recognized as the original Bowflex guy who helped launch the Bowflex trainer worldwide in an infomercial in 1998 Glen recently moved to Los Angeles to further his acting career
