Mihkel Ulk born December 12 1983 is an Estonian director In 2006 he graduated cum laude from Tallinn Universitys film and video major and in 2010 from the Baltic Film and Media Schools masters degree as a film director Mihkel Ulk is the creative director of Ekspress Meedia Previously he worked at the Estonian National Broadcasting Company he was a presenter at Radio 2 and directed films and TV shows at Estonian Television From 2012 to 2017 he was the director of the ETV environmental show Osoon
