Hussein Kamal is an Egyptian director He was born in 1934 and studied film directing in Paris until 1965 Upon his return he started a prolific career as a film director making famous acclaimed art house films including Al Mostahil The Impossible Al Bostagy The Postman and Tharthara Fawq Alnil Blabbering Over the Nile He died in 2003 at the age of 69
