Samantha gets a call from the High Priestess of Witches, Hepzibah, to attend a meeting in Salem, Massachusetts, thus beginning the Stephens first serial vacation. When Samantha doesnt answer, the Priestess herself appears in the Stephens home. Hepzibah does not approve of Samanthas marriage to Darrin and decides to break it.
