Buddy is asked to create a cake to commemorate Singapores 50th Anniversary. It should incorporate flavors that are typically used in Singaporean desserts. They create a Merlion-themed cake. Also, the Lisas note that the brownies in the bakery are not as moist as they should be. Buddy tries several variations and finally looks to an old recipe for guidance. And, Mauro returns to work.
