Alex Kendall hires two hitmen to eliminate someone who was a threat him. They got rid of him by blowing up a plane he was on. When he expresses his displeasure, and fearing what he will do decide to keep tabs on him. Mac has a new girlfriend Cindy and her neighbor, Vanessa just happens to be Kendalls mistress. The hitmen try to bug her aparment and Cindy shows up, theres a struggle and she calls Mac for help but is too late. Mac is arrested. Dani tries to help.
