Dogs target today seems to have a taste for drugs and a record of reckless driving. The hunt has deep emotional resonance for the team because today is the anniversary of the fatal car accident of Dogs daughter Barbara Katie. As the hunt goes deep into the night the team is confronted with a speeding SUV driven by the fugitive, and Dog worries that a similar fate awaits this fugitive.
