Franklin and Wolvie

Wolvie, the son of one of Mrs. Turtles friends is coming to visit Franklin and pretty soon Franklin and all of his friends are on their guard when Wolvies play turns out to be a little rough for them. Wolvie seems to be rough, rude and just not fun to be around. It turns out, though, that theres a reason for Wolvies behavior and he can change if need be.
