Ronnie and Reardon are too late to save Johnny. Mary, in an effort to keep her informant files out of Roydens hands, begins shredding them. Mary gains access to Roydens communication records. The Vietnam gang leader, Phan, wants to take immediate action but Reardon delays him. Ottawa again tells Mary she cant move on Royden unless she has concrete proof of his role as an American mole. Reardon agrees to visit Morgan stateside under the pretense of renegotiating his distribution deal. Reardon, still unsure if Johnny talked before he died, has Francine and Stella move in with him for safety. Michaels new club draws him into conflict with the bikers. Royden threatens to publicly leak Reardons involvement with OCU unless Mary hands over her informant files. Mary is forced to warn Reardon that he may have been exposed.
