Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head to Warwickshire to help Gill and John, a couple who cant agree what to do with their inherited two-bedroom home. With two growing children, John cant see this house ever working and hopes that a move closer to town will appeal to the kids as they become teenagers but Gills fond memories of her mum and the countryside on their doorstep mean that she cant imagine living anywhere else.
