Builder Chase Morrill and his team take on a project along the Kennebec River in Caratunk, Maine. Theyre challenged with taking a shell of a cabin that was moved to its current property from Lake Moxie and renovating it to create a small efficiency home for family and friends to stay when they visit. The timeline and budget arent the only challenges the team will face, however, as the remote location provides its own set of problems.
