When Jim returns to his hometown of Norville to donate family property to the community, he finds it plagued by a serial killer. Jim secretly brings in Barney to help investigate. A disturbed Vietnam vet is the suspected killer but Jim and Barney figure out hes innocent and get him out of jail one step ahead of a mob, then call in the rest of the IMF team to find the real killer.
