Mezmeron creates Count Pacula, an evil Pac-Vampire set to prey upon Pac-Man and all of Pac-Land, unless he reveals the location of the Power Forest. Booted out of their jobs as Mezmerons lackeys, the Ghost Monsters use a formula to change themselves into Ghost Vampires in hope of getting revenge on Pacula and Pac-Man.
