Curious to test this theory, Mindy takes Morgan up on his offer, but backs out at the last minute, humiliating Morgan and prompting him to sue Mindy for sexual harassment. In order to get out of the lawsuit and get back into Morgans good graces, Mindy makes him an offer he cant refuse.
