Ryans Palm Springs vacation home is the site of Kate, Danny, Michael and Ryans best and worst memories together. A series of flashbacks reveal how each relationship has grown and deteriorated. Kate meets Ryan for the first time. Danny invites his boss Paul to Palm Springs to schmooze. Michael meets Ryans ex-boyfriend Adam during Ryans birthday pool party.
