The gang travels to New York, where a new Shen-Gong-Wu, the Serpents Tail has been revealed. Omi gets seperated from the group and is soon lost in the big city. Jermaine, a boy that lives there, befriends Omi and tries to help him find the Serpents Tail. Jack and Wuya soon arrive, along with the Xiaolin Warriors, who just happen to both catch the Serprents Tail at the same time, creating a Xiaolin Showdown involving a basketball game.
